  It *is* a giant corporate bank, so we moved to a local credit union, but while we banked there for 3 years, we always had a great experience. Tellers recognized us, were friendly w/o too much chit-chat. If they were busy, a manager always came out to help & would take care of basic deposit transactions in line. I never had to wait more than a few minutes. I don't love the overall institution of Bank of America, but this branch was great to work with!
