  Peak Performance Fitness has changed my life. I've lost 30 lbs and discovered muscles I didn't even know I had. My Exercise Physiologist, Corynne, continues to challenge me every week with new workouts. She and the rest of the staff are wonderful - helpful, and knowledgeable. I've learned so much about my body and the way to live a healthy life. I've also made many new friends as the clientele are great. There's a great mix of young and old, all with the same goals. It's a fun place to workout. Thank you Peak!!!!
